1) What types of work do you take on as a partner?

We support partner shops with overflow autobody repair, collision-related repairs, refinishing/paint work, and hail-season capacity. If it’s not a fit for our shop, we’ll tell you right away so you can plan properly.

2) Do you white-label / sublet under our shop?

Yes, we can support sublet/white-label style work when requested. The goal is simple: your customer stays your customer, and the experience stays consistent with your shop’s standards and process.

3) How do you handle communication and status updates?

Clean and consistent. We confirm a single point of contact, agree on an update cadence (daily, every 48 hours, or milestone-based), and provide photos/notes when helpful. No chasing us for answers.

4) What’s the typical turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on damage severity, parts availability, approvals, and current shop volume. We don’t throw out fantasy timelines. We’ll give you a realistic window upfront, then keep you updated if anything changes.

Yes. We can support hail events and seasonal surges with added capacity and a clear process for intake, scheduling, and tracking. If you’re expecting volume, the earlier we coordinate, the smoother it runs.

6) How do estimates and approvals work between shops?

We keep it straightforward: we confirm scope, labour, parts/materials, and any sublet details before work starts. If anything changes mid-repair (hidden damage happens), we pause and get approval before proceeding. No surprise invoices.

7) Do you offer pickup/drop-off or mobile support?

Depending on the job and scheduling, we can coordinate pickup/drop-off logistics or mobile support when it makes sense. Some repairs require full shop conditions, and we’ll be upfront about that.
